Lately, I've been looking for ocr software and a good scanner. I was very excited about the Scanpage (also on the webpage below) and still might get it, along with Omnipage. But what I really want is OSCAR. I've never heard of any scanning program on any operating system that can do so much. Page orientation, works with a sheet-feeding scanner, turns colour images into braille graphics, converts to Grade II Braille, calls up the Wordprocessor right from the program, saves in your desired format and more. This thing does everything!

If you just have the software, I'll still buy it off of you and I'll get the hardware. If you just have the OSCAR disks but not Omnipage, I'll get that and the hardware. Even if you only know where I can ask around about it, let me know. I need to find blind tech lists anyway so that would be a good idea. This sounds like a must-have. Thanks.
